Nervous System Literacy for Groups, Clinics & Communities
Groups are living nervous systems.
Every team, classroom, clinic, therapeutic space, or community carries patterns of stress, protection, communication, and connection. When nervous systems are overwhelmed, collaboration and care suffer. When safety and regulation increase, creativity, clarity, and relational repair become possible.
My work supports groups, clinics, and care-based systems in understanding the relational nature of the nervous system — how we co-regulate, misattune, repair, and build trust together, both in collective settings and in 1:1 therapeutic relationships.
Through experiential workshops and training, participants learn:
-
How stress and safety shape group dynamics
-
How individual nervous systems influence collective and clinical care environments
-
Practical tools for regulation and relational repair
-
How to increase resilience without bypassing systemic realities
-
Ways to build sustainable, non-extractive practices of care
This work centers education, skill-building, and collective nervous system literacy. Participants gain practical tools alongside a shared language for understanding how nervous systems shape group life, clinical practice, and organizational culture.
