Somatic therapy invites us to learn the inner landscape of ourselves through sensation. By noticing what lives in the body—by listening, sensing, and remembering—we begin to make space inside. In that space, inherited patterning and the residue of traumatic experience held in our tissues can soften and reorganize.

As we gently track the nervous system through sensation, we access the wisdom of the body. This wisdom becomes a guide—supporting us to make decisions and respond to the world from our most grounded, resourced self.

Rather than working only through insight or conversation, we attend to what is present in the body in real time: sensation, impulse, contraction, fatigue, emotion, and the subtle ways the nervous system organizes around experience.

For many, trauma healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting to self-energy and remembering our place within a greater whole.

Through this work, we find our way home.

What sessions include

  • somatic tracking and guided awareness

  • nervous system education through felt experience

  • resourcing and grounding practices

  • attention to protective patterns and survival responses

  • support with chronic or cyclical illness experiences

Who this work supports

I specialize in working with people who navigate:

  • chronic or cyclical illness

  • high sensitivity and overwhelm

  • queer and gender-diverse experiences

  • creativity, transition, and identity change

What you can expect

Sessions are slow, relational, and guided by your nervous system rather than a fixed, external method.

Rather than optimizing or fixing the body we move towards expanding capacity for presence, choice, and relationship with your lived experience.

Ways to Work Together

If you’re interested in working together, there are a few ways to begin. You’re welcome to choose the option that feels most supportive and easeful for you.

1:1 Somatic Containers
For those who feel ready to begin ongoing somatic support. This begins with a short intake form so we can sense together whether this work feels like a good fit at this time.

6- and 12-week containers offer sustained support for nervous system change, integration, and embodied practice.

Discovery Call (15 min)
A brief conversation to explore whether working together feels right. You can request this by email, and I will share available times.
